Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping online with us. We will gladly accept your returns for a credit card refund within 14 days of purchase on all regular price merchandise. All merchandise MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and all original store tags must be attached. All footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. All jewelry, accessories, and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. Additionally, all Rubb products, excluding Pajamas and Robes, are considered a FINAL SALE due to the nature of the products. We cannot apply price adjustments to previously purchased merchandise and we cannot apply discounts or any coupon codes after the order has been placed. Please note all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
Any items purchased at our Highland Park or Lake Geneva stores cannot be returned/exchanged to the online store. They must be returned to one of the stores. all merchandise purchased online must be returned/exchanged to our online returns department. Please see below for details.

In order for us to properly process your return, please securely pack the merchandise. All returns/exchanges must include the Return/Exchange Form found in your original package. The form must be completely filled out in order to complete your request. We suggest using an insured server in order to ship to the above address. E Street Denim Company is not responsible for any lost packages.
Once your package is received, E Street Denim Company will process your exchange or refund in the original form of payment as quickly as possible. There will be a $8.00 handling fee for any exchanges.
In the event of an exchange, please note that items may be out of stock. We will make every attempt to contact you.
Shipping & Handling
E Street Denim Company ships to the continental United States via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for processing and shipping from the date of your order.
Any orders received Monday thru Friday before 11:00AM CST (excluding holidays) are eligible for UPS next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day delivery at an additional charge. UPS does not ship on the weekend or on federal holidays. All orders placed after 11AM CST Friday will be processed the following Monday or next business day.
E Street Denim Company is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States at this time.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from E Street Denim Company, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges as well as the return cost of the package to us. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Tax
All Illinois shipments will be subject to 8% tax. All Wisconsin shipments will be subject to 5.5% tax. All other states in the continental United States will be charged free of tax.
MODIFYING AN ORDER/CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Please be advised that once an order has been placed E Street Denim Company is unable to make any modifications to the order, including any cancellations that you may wish to make.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
E Street Denim Company will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website. Occasionally, certain products may sell out. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Some items may be on backorder. We will notify you via email as well. Any changes will be reflected in your final total amount charged. Please be advised that we will ship partial orders.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We are unable to process purchases/redemption of E Street Denim Company gift certificates at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
